Q. WHERE SHOULD WE MEET OUR DRIVER?
You can locate the pick-up area by exiting the baggage claim, turn LEFT FOR BAGGAGE CLAIMS “B” and turn RIGHT FOR BAGGAGE CLAIMS “C” to the nearest open parking area. We will be in a white van with the markings GO808EXPRESS on the hood, doors and back of the vehicle. Your driver will be holding a sign with your name on it.
ISLAND AIR & MOKULELE AIRLINES
The shuttle pick-up area for inter-island arrivals is directly across the baggage claim/customs inspection exit door. Please find the nearest crosswalk to the center island. We will be in a white mini-van with the marking GO808EXPRESS on the hood, doors and body of the vehicle.
Alaska, US Air, West Jet, Canada, Allegiant, Omni, American & Virgin
(BAGGAGE CLAIMS E & F)
Exit the baggage claim doors and situate yourself between baggage claims E & F. Between the two baggage claims will be a crosswalk. Please use the crosswalk to get to the center island where your driver will be waiting for you in a white/dark grey mini-van. I will let your driver know you are coming out. Welcome to Honolulu.
UNITED & DELTA AIRLINES (BAGGAGE CLAIMS G & H)
Upon retrieving your checked luggage proceed towards the last carousel (H5) baggage claim. When you have located the H5 carousel, look for the bathroom doors. To the right of the bathroom doors is a sign hanging from the ceiling that says “TOUR GROUPS.” Please exit the glass doors. From there you will find you driver holding a sign with your name on it.
The shuttle pick-up area for international arrivals is directly across the baggage claim/customs inspection exit door. Walk directly to the road and take your first crosswalk located on your left. We will be in a white or dark grey mini-van with the marking GO808EXPRESS on the hood, doors and body of the vehicle. Your driver will greet you holding a sign with your name on it.

Just FYI, our drivers do not make international phone calls (US and Canadian numbers only). Please call us at 808-489-0000 when you have retrieved your baggage for further information. If you do not wish to use your cell phone, please find the nearest public phone please find the nearest public phone just outside the exit doors and to the right in front of the information stands (50 cents required). Another option other than the phone booth is to visit the information counter just right of the international baggage claim exit doors. They will be happy to assist/direct you to the PERMITEE PRIVATE SHUTTLE pick-up area area located directly across the street on the center island.

To avoid delays in your return transfer service from your HOTEL TO THE HONOLULU AIRPORT, please confirm your reservations with us by 4 pm the day prior to your reservation date. Non-confirmed reservation will be placed on a standby list or possibly cancelled.

For your return private shuttle to the airport; we will call you 15-30 minutes prior to your scheduled pick-up time to confirm your reservation. Any unanswered calls or unreturned calls to confirm reservations will be cause a delay or possible cancellations of your reservation. Pick-up at any Waikiki hotel location will be given a 5 minute grace period after the scheduled pick-up time. Customers not present after the 5 minute wait time may cause your reservations to be cancelled. If time between appointments allow, the driver will wait an extra 5 minutes.
Honolulu Airport Shuttle Company Fraud Alert !!!!
They only company authorized to solicit for transportation to Waikiki inside the baggage claim area is SpeediShuttle and Roberts Hawaii. It has happened in the past that other company greeters have approached our customers, identified themselves as GO808EXPRESS or GO808TOURS only to find out later that they were in fact another company charging higher prices and not a direct and private transfer. Our mini-vans are clearly marked with GO808EXPRESS logos and are white in color. Please report all suspicious activities to authorities or your driver. Thank you.
