Luggage restrictions: 1 checked luggage and 1 hand carry bag per person.


For 1 to 4 riders, we provide transportation in a Toyota sienna mini-van. If you feel you need a larger van to accommodate you and your luggage, additional charges may apply. Please ask for a quote if you would like to request a larger van.

We send out email confirmations after 5 pm HST. If you have not received any email confirmation from us after 12 pm HST the following day, please check your SPAM mail folder. Otherwise please call us at 808-489-0000 to confirm.

Yes we do. Our service is private non-shared, with the additional luggage, stroller or pram; you will need a larger van to accommodate your belongings.

Our service is PRIVATE, NOT SHARED. The fare quoted to you is NOT PER PERSON, it is for your entire family. Please read the Terms and Conditions for delayed or early flights.

On June 27, 2022, the passage of Act 122 (22). Act 122 amends requirements for child passenger restraint by requiring rear facing child safety seats for children less than two years of age, increases the age through which a child must use a child passenger restraint or booster seat to 10 years old, and raises fines for certain violations.

Act 122 Overview
(1) If the child is under two years of age, the child must be properly restrained in a rear-facing car seat with harness.
(2) If a child is two years or older but less than four years old, the child must be properly restrained in a rear-facing or forward-facing car seat with harness.
(3) All children under ten years old must be properly restrained regardless of how many seat belt assemblies are in the vehicle.
(4) Violators of the law will be required by the court to attend a child passenger safety class approved by the Hawaii State Judiciary.

You may bring your own. Or we do offer child seats for rent: $10.00 each way and booster chairs are $5.00 each way. I would need to know the age of your child and weight to provide the estimate car seat.

  1. Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the day of service and will result in a 20% service charge.
  2. Cancellations made in a shorter period of time (less than 24 hours prior to the day of service) will result in a 100% charge being incurred (NO REFUND).
  3. Claims for refunds must be made within thirty (7) days from the date of service.
  4. Reservations with Flight (domestic and international) delays that exceed 20 minutes may be cancelled. For international flights; Delays in customs and immigration of more than 40 minutes may cause your reservations to be cancelled. For domestic flights; delays in baggage claims of more than 30 minutes may cause your reservations to be cancelled. Please call 808-489-0000 for more information if you feel your processing times in baggage claim or customs will exceed our wait times. We will do our best to accommodate delays with the amount of vehicles in our inventory. Prepaid reservations will not be refunded but may use as a credit for future transfers.
  5. Our drivers do not make international phone calls (US and Canadian only). Please call us at 808-489-0000 when you have retrieved your baggage for further information. If you do not wish to use your cell phone, please find the nearest public phone (50 cents required).

  1. Renting a car in Waikiki is cheaper than renting from the airport location because of added airport fees and taxes.
  2. Parking in Waikiki hotels average $20-35 per day

Beware of Airport Touts: Be cautious of persons approaching you at the baggage claim or curbside offering transfer services claiming to be GO808EXPRESS. We do NOT solicit. Our vans are white or dark grey and clearly marked GO808EXPRESS. This is a PRIVATE transfer service. NO EXTRA STOPS ANYWHERE. Please report suspicious activities to authorities and to your driver.

If your flight is delayed or early, and fall under the times indicated below; your price is subject to change. Normally we drop off at the front reception area with the exception of the following hotels who only let "preferred carrier"; Hilton Hawaiian Village, Hilton Waikikian, Sheraton Waikiki, Marriott Waikiki Beach. Drop off locations other than the front entrance is designated by the hotel, normally close to the lobby.

Yes we do.
For customers requiring multi-hotel drop off within the vicinity of either Waikiki or Koolina, when agreed upon is charged at $15 per additional stop.

Customers requiring an additional stop prior to their hotel for shopping will incur a fee of $15 plus .50 cents per minute. Example: a 30 minute shopping excursion at Walmart will cost a total of $25.00.

Your returned email confirmation to us is sufficient for your inbound flight. However, we do require you to confirm your outbound transfer from your hotel location to Honolulu Airport one day prior between the hours of 9:30 am to 4:00 pm HST. Failure to confirm your outbound reservations with us may result in delayed or cancelled service. For your peace of mind, please confirm your reservations.

Yes. The rental cost is $10 per car seat or $5 per booster chair per transfer.

Yes, 90% percent of the time we will be there to pick-you you up with changes in our commitment to only provide private non-shared rides. You may be bundled together with others who have reservations on the same flight or with the permission of other travelers arriving on time on other flights. In many circumstances that require us to bundle a group together, the maximum hotel stops is one stop prior to your designated hotel.

Cash only. $9 per person. There will be a $20 stop fee for stops made at an ATM for you to retrieve cash. the stop for cash at an ATM will be at the ground floor, international arrivals lobby

Luggage Limits for Shared Shuttle Services: 1 checked luggage, 1 carry-on and 1 personal item:
Maximum dimensions for a carry-on bag are 9 inches x 14 inches x 22 inches (22 cm x 35 cm x 56 cm), including handles and wheels. Maximum dimensions for your personal item, such as a shoulder bag, backpack, laptop bag or other small item, are 9 inches x 10 inches x 17 inches (22 cm x 25 cm x 43 cm)

Families travelling with children under the age of seven are required to furnish a car seat or booster chair. These items may also be rented: $10 for car seats and $5 for booster chairs

Drivers will leave on time at the designated pick-up locations. please be early to avoid disruption of services.

Delays due to unexpected traffic conditions may occur. Carrier is not responsible for missed flights or any other expenses as a result of delays out of carriers control.
